Until reservations are confirmed, rates are subject to change:

May - September	$800/night, 3 night minimum
	$4800/week, Saturday to Saturday – 7th night free
	Call for Major Holiday Rates (Weekly only:  Memorial Day, 4th July, Labor Day)
	** July - September weekly rentals only **
October-April	$525/night, 2 night minimum
	$3150/week, Saturday to Saturday – 7th night free
	Call for Major Holiday Rates (Weekly only:  Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years)

Additional notes:

• Advanced deposit required (non-refundable) with reservation confirmation
• Security fee required of $600
• All rates include local lodging & state taxes
• No smoking
• No pets
