This luxury waterfront vacation home features the very best of what the Lake of the Ozarks area has to offer - spacious luxury, main channel lake views, huge decks, private pool/patio with kitchen isle, lakefront dock, privacy. The Porto Cima, Shawnee Bend location is across the lake from Lodge of the Four Seasons and is close to everything to see and do.

The floor plan consists of two separate levels each with their own complete living, entertainment, kitchen, sleeping areas, and even decks. You can be as together or apart as your mood dictates. Surrounded by trees, the views are expansive across the lake by day, and filled with sparkling lights on the opposite shore at night.

Layout

• Fully furnished, the open floor plan flows across living, dining, and gourmet kitchen areas with 16 foot high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Door walls open onto large decks with grill center and outdoor furniture. Massive stone fireplace, 4-seasons sunroom, and large screen HD TV center completes the main level. No matter what time of day or the weather, there is always something to do.

• The master suite features lake views, an enormous bath with free-standing glass block shower, whirlpool tub, large dressing area, walk-in closet, and a private entrance. The bedroom and whirlpool tub share a see-through fireplace. Just open the bubbly and soak away the day’s activities.

• Upper level second bedroom has comfortable daybed that converts to twin beds or a king with private bath.

• Lake views from year around sun room.  Great area for family games (cards, dominos, etc.) and enjoyment.

• The second level repeats it all again – living, dining, gourmet kitchen, fireplace, another entertainment center, and opens out to its own deck with lots of outdoor furniture for all to enjoy the views and listen to the central indoor/outdoor stereo system.

• The second level has three private suites.  Two bedroom suites have queen beds and private baths.  One suite has private access to lower deck and view of lake.  The third master suite has a king bed and private bath with private entrance.

• The large private dock has a sunning area with outdoor furniture and ladder to the water for swimming.  The dock is equipped with a boat well (36' LOA, 10' beam) and lift.  Also equipped with well and lift for  a personal watercraft.   Swim, sun, fish, or just sit and do nothing while watching boats cruise the main channel.  Enjoy the convenience of the dock refrigerator for your summertime cool refreshments.

• A great addition to Grandview in 2010, pool, patio, and kitchen isle are great conveniences for more fun and relaxation with grand views.  Gated patio has easy access to GLH’s private dock for boating, pwc, and lake activities. 

• Grandview Pool is a custom pool 14’X24’ in size and 3’ to 5 ½’ in depth. 
• Pool patio is gated and has led lighting.  Lighting is on automatic timer. 
• Pool patio is furnished with chaise lounges, chairs, tables and chairs, floats, noodles, and pool cushions.  For your dip in the pool or sunning, you will find GLH beach towels are available. 
• Pool patio has Outdoor Kitchen Island with BBQ Grill, refrigerator and icemaker. 
• Expansive views across the lake by day and sparking lights at night.
