The Porto Cima, Shawnee Bend location is across the lake from Lodge of the Four Seasons
and is
close to everything to see and do.
The floor plan consists of two separate
levels each with their own complete living, entertainment, kitchen, sleeping
areas, and even decks. You can be as together or apart as your mood dictates.
Surrounded by trees, the views are expansive across the lake by day, and filled
with sparkling lights on the opposite shore at night.

Fully furnished, the open floor plan flows
across living, dining, and gourmet kitchen areas with 16 foot high ceilings and
floor-to-ceiling windows. Door walls open onto large decks with grill center and
outdoor furniture. Massive stone fireplace, 4-seasons sunroom, and satellite
large screen TV center complete the main level. No matter what time of day or
the weather, there is always something to do.

The master suite features lake views, an
enormous bath with free-standing glass block shower, whirlpool tub, large
dressing area, walk-in closet, and a private entrance. The bedroom and whirlpool
tub share a see-through fireplace. Just open the bubbly and soak away the day’s
activities.
Upper level second bedroom has comfortable daybed that converts to twin beds or a king. Has private bath.

The large private dock has a sunning area with outdoor
furniture and ladder to the water for swimming. The dock is equipped with
a boat well (36' LOA, 10' beam) and lift. Also equipped with well and lift
for a personal watercraft. Swim, sun, fish, or just sit and do nothing while
watching boats cruise the main channel. Enjoy the convenience of
the dock refrigerator for your summertime cool refreshments.

For everyone's safety and comfort, smoking is
absolutely forbidden and no pets are allowed.

The second level repeats it all again –
living, dining, gourmet kitchen, fireplace, another entertainment center, and
opens out to its own deck with lots of outdoor furniture for all to enjoy the
views and listen to the central indoor/outdoor stereo system. The lower
level has two private suites each with queen bed and private baths. One suite
has private access to lower deck and view of lake.
